For your protection and convenience we accept payments through Pay Pal. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Delivery Time
All orders will be shipped after payment is confirmed. The conformation process usually takes 24-48 hours. After payment is cleared your Pink-n-Whimsy package will be on its way. If for any reason there is a problem with payment or shipping you will be notified via email.

Policy
Due to the fact that all items are custom made to your specified size and or color, we do not allow for refunds or exchanges. However if there is an error on our part with the final product, please notify us and we will help correct the situation. If you ordered an item that was not custom made then you may return it along the tags and plastic packaging. All returns or exchanges must be made within 5 days after you receive your package. All items being returned or exchanged are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If there are any questions that you may have please feel free to contact us prior to placing your order.
